Kelvin Leaphart may not have been born in Texas, but he got here as fast as he could—and he’s proud to call it home. A devoted Christian, husband, father, and veteran, Kelvin has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and standing up for the rights of everyday Texans.

Armed with an MBA and a deep passion for citizen-driven governance, Kelvin is committed to putting power back in the hands of the people. He is a fierce advocate for eliminating government corruption through citizen-led ballot initiatives, independent redistricting commissions, and increased transparency in campaign financing.
