DC completed coursework at Parker University and earned a B.S. in civil engineering with a minor in mathematics from Texas A&M University. DC obtained a J.D. from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
DC’s professional experience includes working as an engineering group operations sergeant for the Texas State Guard and as an educator.
DC is also a former candidate for the State Board of Education (2022, 2024), Harris County Justice of the Peace (2018), the Fort Worth City Council (2021), and the Dallas City Council (2015).
