Timothy Morrison currently serves as the Precinct 15 Chair in Orange County, Texas. With a proven track record in political leadership, he is running for re-election in 2024. Timothy’s professional background as an IT Administrator has endowed him with meticulous attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving, which he effectively translates into his political endeavors.

Values and Vision

A committed Christian, Timothy was baptized at age 16 and continually strives to grow in character and help others do the same. He believes in fostering dialogue and finding common ground to reduce societal polarization and division. As Precinct Chair, Timothy supports:

• Border Security: Advocating for the closure of the Texas border to protect state sovereignty.
• Ending Property Taxes: Believing that true land ownership cannot exist if property taxes are imposed.
• Protecting Parental Rights: Upholding that parents, not the state, are the primary guardians of their children.
• Reining in Government Overreach: Ensuring that any power not specifically granted to the government by the Constitution belongs to the people.

Timothy is disappointed in politicians who claim strong Christian values yet engage in deceitful practices. One of his primary goals as Precinct Chair is to replace such politicians with individuals who exemplify virtue and righteousness.

Community Involvement

Motivated by the events surrounding January 6th and the ongoing COVID pandemic, Timothy and his wife began actively participating in the Orange County Republican Party in April 2021. Their commitment to community involvement reflects a sincere desire to shape their local community, state, and nation for the better. They have regularly attended and participated in the OCRP monthly meetings since then.
