Naomi Narvaiz is a proven conservative republican and began her service to our Country and State at the age of 17.

Naomi and her husband, Jeffrey, are members of Community Baptist Church and have 5 grown children. Their 3 sons are Veterans of the U.S. Army and U.S. Marines. They have 2 daughters, 1 son in law, 3 daughters in law and are blessed with 9 grandchildren!

Naomi has been an active member of every community they have lived in. She has dedicated hundreds of volunteer hours to organizations, boards and commissions and has been elected as a precinct chair in Hays and Comal County and elected at the Republican State Convention to the State Republican Executive Committee for Senate District 21 (2010-2022) and Senate District 25 (2022-2024). She is a former City of San Marcos Ethics Review Commissioner and San Marcos CISD Health Advisory Council Appointee. Naomi is also a former staff member of Texas Values – an organization that advocates for issues regarding faith, family and freedom, a former staff member for the Don Huffines Campaign for Governor and former executive assistant of the former Hays County Sheriff, Gary Cutler, is a former El Camino Real HOA Board President and a former Class A and Class C Property Manager.

Naomi stands for the highest standards of integrity, transparency, justice for all, and adherence to rules and the law. As the initial point of contact for individuals facing issues such as truancy, eviction, small claims, or civil disputes, this court plays a critical role in shaping their first impression of our justice system.

Her dedication to civic responsibilities and adherence to the law has been consistent throughout her life. Naomi’s record is clear: “I am the only candidate in this race with a proven history of upholding and working for the very values I have always advocated for and I have always fulfilled my civic responsibilities – voting, community service, and staying informed by engaging our government.”

Naomi understands the proper role of government and this court. As a former property manager with experience in the courtroom with eviction cases, a former city ethics review commissioner and a former school health advisory council appointee she understands how they relate to the court.

Naomi also understands that this court is called the People’s court for a good reason. It was established with the intent that judgement be rendered by a community peer. No law degree is necessary and there is not statutory or constitutional provision that requires one.

Naomi will prioritize public safety by setting bonds that will protect the community, every individual will be treated with dignity and fairness and she will be proactive in our community educating the members of their civic responsibilities to ensure we have an informed electorate.

Having faced and overcome significant challenges and adversity, Naomi has always demonstrated resilience and steadfastness and never gives up!

Naomi is a member of the Republican Club of Comal County, Texas Gun Rights, Gun Owners of America, Daughters of the Republic of Texas – Ferdinand Lindheimer Chapter, the Red Stilletos Republican Women and a Heritage Sentinel.

Naomi has been an avid supporter of the 2nd Amendment, equal protection of the unborn, legal immigration, preserving the electoral college, protecting our freedom of speech and religious liberty, banning tax payer funded lobbying, closed primaries – allowing only Republicans to choose Republicans as their party nominees, State Rights, and America First policies!
