Jeff Forrester is a lifelong Texan, husband, father, veteran, and constitutional conservative dedicated to protecting the values that make Texas strong faith, family, and freedom. A proud descendant of Col. James Clinton Neill, the hero who fired the first shot for Texas Independence at Gonzales and commanded the Alamo before the legendary battle, Jeff carries forward a deep legacy of service, patriotism, and courage.

His career spans decades of leadership in business, public policy, and community service. Jeff understands that government should serve the people — not the other way around. With a focus on accountability, efficiency, and transparency, he is committed to rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse in Austin, shrinking the size of state government, and restoring fiscal responsibility to Texas.

As a strong advocate for parents and local communities, Jeff believes every child deserves a quality public education that prepares them for the future — and that parents, not bureaucrats, should have the ultimate say in their children’s education. He supports strengthening Texas schools, empowering teachers, and ensuring that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and locally.

Priorities

• Defend the Texas Constitution and Preserve State Sovereignty - I will defend the Texas Constitution as the supreme law of our state and oppose any attempt to introduce or recognize systems of law such as Sharia or any other religious code that conflict with our constitutional liberties. I will fight to safeguard our schools, courts, and laws from any foreign influence.
• Eliminate Property Taxes - Texans should own their homes, not rent them from the government. I will fight to end property taxes that punish homeowners and work toward a fairer, more transparent system of funding essential services.
• Secure the Border - Texas must act decisively to protect itself when Washington refuses to do so. I will support our law enforcement officers, expand border security efforts, and ensure our communities are safe.
• Defend Parental Rights and Strengthen Public Education - Parents, not bureaucrats, should have the ultimate authority over their child’s education. I will always fight for educational freedom, accountability, and respect for Texas families.
• Protect the Sanctity of Life - Every child is a precious gift from our Creator, beginning at conception. I will always stand for life, defend the unborn, and support policies that uphold faith and family values.
• Protect Women’s and Children’s Rights - I will support legislation ensuring that no cultural or religious practice is ever used to justify abuse, inequality, or discrimination. Texas must protect the dignity and rights of every individual.
• End Waste, Fraud, and Abuse - Government must be lean, transparent, and accountable to the taxpayers it serves. I will use every tool available to identify, expose, and eliminate waste and misuse of public funds.

Faith, family, and freedom are at the heart of everything I do. I believe in the Constitution as written, in limited government, and in the biblical principles that have guided our nation since its founding. I’m not running to fit in, I’m running to stand up for what’s right. I am not a career politician; I am a constitutional conservative with a backbone. I will never vote to grow government, raise taxes, or compromise our values for political convenience. I answer to the people — not to party bosses or lobbyists. My vision is for a Texas that is free, strong, and independent, where families thrive, businesses grow, our borders are secure, and our children are taught to love God and country. Texas must remain the beacon of freedom that America still looks to for leadership and hope.
