Daniel has been a conservative Republican since he was a teenager. His first intro to Republican politics was walking blocks in Tarrant County at age 19 for Ronald Reagan’s re-election campaign. Recognizing a need to get the conservative message out in Democrat New Jersey, Daniel founded the Rutgers Law School Republican Club in 2000. After law school, Daniel moved to Johnson County, Texas. He beat out the incumbent Republican County Chair in 2006, and helped with the financial rescue of the Party. After moving to Tyler County, Daniel helped write the first Tyler County Party Platform and led the delegation to State Convention twice. Daniel was elected as an Alternate Delegate to the RNC National Convention in 2012. Upon moving to Henderson County, he helped the Party Chairman raise funds to make the Party financially viable. On January 1, 2020, Daniel was elected as County Party Chairman upon the retirement of the previous Chairman. Daniel has brought a website, facebook group and page, email newsletter, fundraising events, and much more to the Henderson County Republican Party. He has attended every RPT State Conmvention since 2004.
Daniel is ready to serve Sentate District 3 at the State Republican Executive Committee. He believes we have a Party Platform, Legislative Priorities, and Rules for a reason. Our elected officials who choose to run as Republicans should be held to these as the desires of those they work for. Daniel will visit the 18 counties in SD3 often to learn what is important to the People. Daniel will attend legislative sessions and communicate with electeds to ensure they follow the wishes of the voters.
To win, we’ll need to build a grassroots army of volunteers that can help us connect with voters.
