Amanda Hopper is a homeschool mom and battle-tested conservative activist running for Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Texas. She brings a proven record of mobilizing voters, strengthening grassroots infrastructure, and building winning coalitions across the state.
As co-founder of Wise County Conservatives, Amanda didn’t just grow a local movement, she helped ignite a network of grassroots activists, mentoring leaders and launching conservative groups across north Texas. As a precinct chair in Wise County, she recruited and trained other CEC members, proving that determined conservatives can take back ground one precinct at a time.
In 2021, Amanda stepped into the arena as campaign manager for her husband, Andy Hopper. After a razor thin loss in a hard fought battle against a RINO incumbent, the Hopper team didn’t quit, they doubled down. Through grit, determination, and unwavering conservative principles, Andy won the seat in the 2024 Primary and Runoff.
Today, Amanda continues to connect voters and candidates with real opportunities to make a difference in their local and state governments. As an Event Planner for the Texas Homeschool Coalition, she also builds powerful bridges between conservative Christian organizations and the families they serve.
Working as a team, Andy and Amanda fight for all levels of government to reflect the conservative Christian values found in the U.S. and Texas Constitutions. They live each day with a mission – you don’t need permission to do the right thing.
