Dr. L. Brooks McKenzie stands among Texas’s foremost authorities on child development and attachment science. Former Assistant Director of Research at TCU’s Institute of Child Development, he holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and has trained judges, attorneys, and child-welfare professionals while publishing extensively on trauma, parental rights, and the damage caused by family-court interference.
A committed conservative, two-time RPT delegate, and GOP Precinct Chair, Dr. McKenzie has successfully advanced Complete Family Law Reform and Judicial Accountability as top party priorities and has driven rule changes and legislative measures to rein in judicial overreach. He is campaigning for RPT State Chair to translate decades of research into decisive action that protects the nuclear family and restores constitutional governance in Texas.
