Alice "Ali" Flores is a seasoned leader and dedicated public servant with over 13 years in law enforcement, including over seven as a Deputy Constable. Flores is a Deputy Constable who ardently devoted herself to serving her community. She is a Republican candidate running for the position of Constable in Comal County.

Flores understands the unique challenges and blessings that come with living and working in the Lone Star State. Recognizing the critical role that the Constable's Office plays in maintaining law, order and justice, she has honed her skills through over 3,300 hours of law enforcement training earning her a Master Peace Officer's License, Mental Health Officer certification, Law Enforcement Instructor certification, Field Training Officer responsibilities, and a Sexual Assault/Family Violence Investigator certification.

As a Deputy Constable, Flores has served over 3,000 Civil Process papers and earned additional certifications unique to the Constable's role. She is a proud graduate of the Texas Constable's Leadership College- Class #16, where she affirmed her commitment to leadership not only in her profession but also in her personal quest for service to the community.

Flores's leadership abilities are apparent in her role as the President of the Hays County Criminal Justice Association in 2021 and 2022 as well as being the Central Region Vice President of the Texas Narcotic Officer’s Association in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Backed by several law enforcement endorsements, Flores conveys an unshakeable commitment to professionalism, compassion, integrity, and respect.

In taking the Texas First pledge, Flores commits to privilege Texans' welfare above all else. She respects the sanctity of the Texas Constitution and acknowledges its role in ensuring the rights, freedoms, and safety of all Texans. She commits to responsibly exercising her role to protect and uphold these principles, both in her native Comal County and the wider state of Texas.
